Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Paid plans and one-time purchases are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise at the point of sale, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@analyticsengineering.com.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service and its content for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish course materials, exercises, datasets, or solutions without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, sharing account access, reverse-engineering the platform, uploading malicious code, or using the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

You retain ownership of code, queries, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and process it as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you provide.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Analytics Engineering and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that completing any course will result in employment or any particular outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analytics Engineering will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
